I happened across this book through a give-away on social media and I and was happily surprised that this is a very good book. In fact, this is a very good Vampire story.

The author took time to set up the characters and storyline without adding excessive descriptive verbiage and fluff that some authors rely on to increase word count and book pages.

This story is set in today's time and this reader felt a real connection to that since I did not have to create a "new" world in my mind. I felt connected to the leading lady, Allison, her loves, Matt and Vincent, and all of the supporting cast.

There are twists and turns, love and hate, joy and sadness, and much more. The writing moves the story along at pleasant pace that keeps the reader informed and satisfied.

if you enjoy modern day interaction between Mortals and Vampires, this is a must read!

I look forward to the nest book, and many thereafter.

I will try not to pester the author anymore, or further, while awaiting the next books. Excellent Kelley Grealis.

I read A LOT of vampire/paranormal books and I can say with all honesty that Ms Grealis has taken a unique approach that drew me in and kept me reading to see what would happen next. Poor Allison has a great marriage to an awesome guy but she is experiencing completely unexplainable health issues. No matter what doctor she goes to, she can get no answers. Actually they all think she is crazy! The only time she truly feels peace is when she dreaming.

Allison wakes up in the hospital after a terrible car accident and no memories but of the distant past. Her best friend and the beautiful Vincent help her begin to rebuild what she has lost. The unfortunate side effect is that things are just not fitting together. You will have to read the book to see how it all plays out because there is no way to tell you more without spoilers and I HATE SPOILERS!!!

I will tell you that Ms Grealis is an amazing writer. She has written this book with ties to the Biblical stories we have all heard throughout our lives. She has included mystery, suspense, thrills and intrigue with a little spice of the sensual to keep you wanting more. This book is definitely not your girl meets vampire, turns into vampire and they ride off into the moonlight together story. Do not expect fluff! DO expect a story that grabs you and refuses to let you go. Expect a story that has you yelling at the characters and wanting more when you reach the last page.

I will be very interested to see where Ms Grealis takes Allison's journey in her next book!

After a tragic accident, she meets Vincent and discovers that there is a whole new world that she had no idea existed. It is a place where she feels strangely at home, but it is not what she would have chosen for herself, had she been given the choice.

If you love an awesome book that you can't put down until you find out what happens next, then this should be your next book! This story is a page turner and puts a new, refreshing, and creative twist on the Vampire genre. I truly enjoyed this book and cannot wait to read the sequel!
This book was so good,,I could not put it down First it start with Allison, who have all kind of trouble.She hot then cold mood swing not hungry buring in the middle of her stomach.and the doctors can't find nothing wrong with her,all her test are fine,and top in all that she have dream about a garden, that make her feel better. Allison thinks she haveing a mid life crisis, So she go home to tell her husband Matt who is always supportive, They have a party to go to and have fun he want her to lighting up and be in a good mood.. Allison and matt are drinking talking at the party but Allison see this man who Seving at the party and she drawn, to him and can't stop thinking of him...Now it time to head home and Matt not driveing he a lil drunk and Allison hate driveing on the highway, but she has to, So they talking and then all of the sudden ..boooom car go flying in a ditch, and Allison wake up in the hospital, to find her husband has been die for 3 year ,,and he was not in the car with her and she has this sexy fine boyfriend, that she can't remember. How matt die how and her she met this handsome man name. Vincent, who she feel she can trust, But is he telling the truth and what is he really and what is Allison, The truth come out People are not who thay say they are is matt die or not,, WOW this story had a grip on me and did'nt let me go from start to the end
